We carry out shipments all over the world. The delivery time of the package once the order has been placed are those specified at the time of payment. Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, weight and any active promotions.

Withdrawal

If the product received does not meet your expectations, or if there is an error in delivery, you can contact our customer service; or send us an e-mail including as many details as possible and the order number.

In case of damaged product or if you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply return it without having tampered with it, in its original and complete package, within 14 days of receipt, in order to obtain a refund.

Return of the goods

The customer, after explaining desire to return the product (via email, telephone or registered letter with return receipt) will have 14 days to return the goods to Morphica.

Costs

In case of withdrawal for reasons other than the seller's and/or manufacturer's responsibility, the shipping costs for returning the goods to Morphica are charged to the customer.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all the accompanying documentation. The packaging and the products must be returned intact. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund. Buyers are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to our warehouse. Be sure to pack the goods securely to avoid damage to the products or packaging.

Goods refund

Purchases made through Paypal will be reimbursed directly to the PayPal account within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal.

Purchases made by bank transfer will be refunded directly to the customer's bank account, within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal.

When making a return it is necessary to indicate: order number, name, address and telephone number. Without this data we will not be able to process the refund.
